  • We put together a comprehensive Buyer Requirement Profile that will ensure time is not wasted on properties that do not fit the brief.
  • We undertake a methodical search both on and off the market to identify properties that fit the profile.
  • Once a property is selected from the completed short-list we undertake a thorough Current Market Analysis that culminates in a detailed report.
  • We will negotiate the sale on your behalf and on your terms.
  • To complete the service we organise building and pest inspections on the property as well as liaising with your solicitor and financier to ensure a timely and controlled completion to the purchase.

Part Service

  • You bring us the property you would like to purchase.
  • We undertake a thorough Current Market Analysis that culminates in a detailed report. This report will allow you to make informed decisions through to completion of the purchase.
  • We will negotiate the purchase on your behalf and on your terms.
  • To complete the service we organise building and pest inspections on the property as well as liaising with your solicitor and financier to ensure a timely and controlled completion to the purchase.
  • This service is limited to one property only.

 

AUCTION REPRESENTATION

Should you be interested in purchasing a property that is going to auction but will not be available to bid at the time, or would prefer to have someone on your side with auction experience, we can bid at the auction on your behalf.

At Property Chase we do not list your property. We act as an independent third party assisting you through each stage of selling your property by offering unbiased advice relating to the big decisions.

  • We assist you in selecting the most compatible selling agent for you and your property type.
  • We assist you in choosing the most appropriate method of sale for your property whether it be by private treaty or auction.
  • We assist you in achieving the best and most affordable marketing campaign for selling your property.
  • We assist you to develop a strategy for the negotiation or auction process.

Property Chase service is complimentary and will not cost you anything extra over and above the selling agent commission. This service will help no matter what your situation i??i??i?? expatriates selling properties from overseas, selling properties interstate or just wanting unbiased and professional advice to help make the process of selling your property as simple as possible.

FEES

Property Chase buyer agency fees consist of a retainer payable on commencement of our services with a success fee payable after that. The fee is based on the complexity of your brief including type of property, budget and timeframe. Fees are quoted on request.

Fees for our auction bidding service include an attendance fee of $1,000 plus GST and a standard success fee of $1,000 plus GST. (These fees do not apply in addition to the above fees if you engage us for our search and negotiate service options.)
