Our fees
Buyer’s agent fees
Property Chase buyer agency service fees consist of a retainer payable on commencement of our services with a success fee payable after that. The fee is based on the complexity of your brief including type of property, budget and timeframe. Contact us today for a free quote.
Auction representation fees
Fees for our auction bidding service include an attendance fee of $1,000 plus GST and a standard success fee of $1,000 plus GST. (These fees do not apply in addition to the above fees if you engage us for our search and negotiate service options.)
