Ben Anderssen

Ben Anderssen has been involved in the Queensland property industry for years. He is a certified practicing valuer and holds post-graduate qualifications in project management majoring in property development.

Ben’s experience encompasses property valuation, real estate agency and property development (including residential, industrial, commercial and retail projects).

This wide-ranging experience in property adds an extra depth in Ben’s ability to advise his clients on all facets of property both residential and commercial. This coupled with being a certified practicing valuer translates to significant savings for his clients as he can determine the correct purchase price for a property.

Ben has a large number of contacts in the property industry which are used in sourcing properties and getting specialised advice where required.

The Australian Property Investor magazine often asks Ben for comment on different issues within the property industry.

Ben was the elected 2014 and 2015 Queensland State Representative for the Real Estate Buyers Agents Association of Australia (REBAA).
